MURRAY, UTAH (December 15, 2008) - Hamlet Homes received the customer satisfaction award from Daybreak at Kennecott Land's annual builder appreciation luncheon in November. The luncheon is held annually to thank all of the homebuilders for everything they do throughout the year and to recognize their efforts for a job well done.

More than 300 Daybreak homeowners participated in a three-part customer satisfaction survey that was compiled over a one-year period and was conducted by Avid Ratings, a full-service customer loyalty management firm that specializes in the homebuilding industry. Homebuyers took the survey when they contracted a Daybreak homebuilder to build their home, after they closed on their home and one year following the move into their new home. Out of the 10 homebuilders at Daybreak, Hamlet was rated the top builder for total customer satisfaction.
