Kim and Jed Ricks had been married a year when they began to grow tired of their small, 600 square-foot, one bedroom apartment and began to wonder if they could stretch their $600 per month rental payment just a bit more and buy a home. Although the couple hadn't considered a townhome initially, they were sold on the advantages of townhome living after seeing Lismore. The Ricks chose a floorplan with 2,000 square-feet, and their house payment was just a bit more than they had been paying for rent. The location of Lismore Greens was a big draw for the Ricks. "I can easily jump on the freeway to get to school, and Jed can jump on Bangerter to get to work," notes Kim. The Ricks are glad that they were introduced to Hamlet Homes and have found such comfortable, affordable living so early in their married life.
